We’ll send an email with your Order ID and Order Details. Also, once the order is shipped from the warehouse you will receive the tracking details via email.

Our processing time before an order is shipped out is 24 hours, excluding public holidays! You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

Delivery In Metros*: 2 – 5 working days.

You can cancel the order within 24 hours from the duration of placing the order

You just have to raise a cancellation request for your order(s) by sharing us an email with your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the same email ID used while ordering on Virla. Send us the email on customersupport@virla.in

We’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.

Please Note: Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product, then the customer can raise the return request.

When the returned item(s) is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be initiated in the next 24 hours after the quality check. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your source account once the refund has been initiated from our end.

Cancelled order refunds are immediately processed from our end. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Yes, you can change your shipping or billing address within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped already, it gets difficult. Kindly reach out to our customer support team by sending us an email @ customersupport@virla.in.

Virla has 14 days Return Policy that gives you an option to return the product within 14 days from the delivery date under the circumstances mentioned below. We request you to not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

Case 1: In case of any issue or defect in the product :

1.You need to raise a return/refund request

2.We will create a reverse-pickup. Further, you can place a request for exchange/refund at customersupport@virla.in .

3.During Pick Up, our delivery partner may do a quality check on the return.

4.You need to send only the defected products.

Case 2: In case you have placed wrong order:

1.You need to self-ship the product(s) back to us.

2.The Reverse pick-up charges will be borne by you.

3.After the quality check, we will provide a replacement/refund for the same.
